Ground floor entrance: A bright and airy shared lobby with stairs leading to the apartment on the fourth floor.

Please note there is no lift and the property is not suitable for people that find stairs difficult.

Open plan living area: Large corner sofa and armchair, coffee table, dining table and chairs (folds out to seat 5), bookshelf with a selection of books and games.

Free Wi Fi, Smart TV with Freeview, Sonos speakers.

Two windows with fabulous views to the sands of the North Bay beach and to Scarborough Castle.

The sofa has a fold out Sofabed. 

Electric heaters throughout the apartment.

Kitchen: Adjoining the lounge. Fridge freezer and microwave. Integrated appliances: electric hob, electric oven and grill, washing machine and dishwasher. 

A few essential items are provided for your convenience - e.g dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and washing up liquid.

Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, DAB radio with USB charging socket, large mirror and dressing table. 

Bed linen, towels and hair dryer provided.

Large window looking out onto Scarborough Cricket ground and North Marine Road.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds with chest of drawers and a DAB radio with USB charging socket.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Large window looking out onto Scarborough Cricket Club ground and North Marine Road.

A cot and a portable high chair are available.  

Shower Room: Separate shower, washbasin and toilet.

Hallway: with a cupboard for coats and shoes. Ironing board and iron provided.

Parking: Free on street parking with a car park voucher which is provided for the duration of your stay. 

 

Outdoors: The property is between Queens Parade which has immediate access to the North Bay, and North Marine Road.  The grassy hillside park has benches and fitness areas along the paths which lead down to North Bay beach, 5 minutes away from the property.
